Virgin Life Care members will receive their own 7-day meal plan by answering the Energy Quiz on the LifeZone. It’s as easy and nutritious as that. Plus, it’s based on sound scientific health principles, takes your age, gender, weight, height and goals into consideration to give you what you need on your road to a better you! You even get to choose whether you want a vegetarian-style eating plan, or have a Halaal or Kosher preference.
