How do I install the GoZone software?
Step 1 – Click the Download link or button
Download the Software
Step 2 – Run the installation
A security warning will prompt you to RUN or SAVE the GoZone software.
If you SAVE the file then just remember where you saved the file to in order to
find it and run the file from this saved folder.
Note: There is not a security risk to downloading this software.
• A Security warning will pop up – click Run
Windows Vista?
• When browser prompts to either Run or Save, choose Save option and select
Desktop as your target destination
• Once the file “GoZone_iSync.exe” has been downloaded, right-click on this file
and select “Run as administrator”
• Then an “Open File – Security Warning” will come up to say that “The publisher
could not be verified. Are you sure you want to run this software?”, then uncheck
the “Always ask before opening this file”
• Once unchecked, click on Run button
• When iSync completes installation, the same “Open File – Security Warning” comes
up, and again, uncheck the “Always ask before opening this file” and once unchecked,
click on Run.
Step 3 – Verify the GoZone Software has downloaded
At the end of the download process, you will see the Virgin icon in your Windows
Task Bar.
Step 4 – Plug in the GoZone
• Plug in the USB cable to your computer
• Plug the other end of the USB cable to the GoZone pedometer
• You must leave the GoZone connected
• If you are prompted with a pop-up to open a file, click RUN.
Step 5 – Complete the registration
The GoZone software will prompt you to complete a GoZone registration form. Once
this is completed, the GoZone software will activate the GoZone from its factory
sleep mode.
Only after the software says "All Done!”, should you remove the GoZone from the
PC and start using it.
How do I know if the software is installed correctly?
If the software is running, you will see the Virgin icon in your Windows Task Bar.
The software won’t install on my computer. Why?
The GoZone software is not compatible with Mac. You must be using a PC-compatible
computer. If you are using a PC, make sure that you have authorization to download
the software onto the computer. There may be a firewall for example stopping you
from downloading this application and you may require technical assistance from
your company or Internet Service Provider.
How do I uninstall the GoZone software?
To uninstall the GoZone software, please do the following:
• Go to your Windows' Control Panel
• Double click on Add/Remove Programs
• Scroll down the list and find the entry marked "GoZone iSync"
• Click on the entry once to highlight it
• Click on the Remove button and follow the instructions displayed This should remove
the GoZone software from your computer.
Please note: If you remove the GoZone software from your computer, you will not
be able to upload your steps from your GoZone.
Once I install the software, can I only upload my steps from that particular computer?
You can upload your steps from any computer that has the GoZone iSync software installed.
