How do I upload my steps?Ensure that you are connected to the internet and then simply plug the USB cable into the computer. Plug the other, smaller end of the USB cable into the pedometer and your steps will upload automatically. You will be taken directly to the Virgin Life Care website where you will need to enter your username and pin if you want to view your step history. I have uploaded my steps, but they are not appearing on my LifeZone webpage. Why?The GoZone pedometer page on the LifeZone website defaults to displaying your steps from the past week, so if you have not uploaded your steps recently, you will not see any steps on that screen! Please note that removing the battery from your GoZone will cause your steps to be lost. Also, a mechanical shock, such as being dropped on the floor, could create a temporary power loss that can result in your steps being lost. How often should I plug in my GoZone to upload?We recommend uploading your GoZone data once or twice a week. Your pedometer is only able to store 14 days worth of steps therefore make sure that you upload regularly! |
