Your height classifies how tall you are and is measured in the following way:
Stature is the height from the floor or measuring platform to the highest point of your skull. Stand barefoot with your arms hanging by your sides. Your heels, buttocks, upper back and head should be in contact with the wall or measuring equipment with your feet facing forward. Look directly ahead and take a deep breath.
There is a height metre at the HealthZone. You can ask someone to help you measure your height using this metre. Height is measured in centimetres (cm).
