This is where you’ll find all you need to know about eating healthily; whether it is to view your meal plan, print a shopping list or to see what exercise you need to do to burn off last night’s supper!

Meal Plan
Your meal plan is recommended to you once you’ve completed the Energy Quiz. It provides you with a seven day plan of what you need to eat to remain healthy, improve your health or to help you achieve your goals! You can refer back to (or print) your meal plan from this page at any time, until you update your goals and measurements on the Energy Quiz and receive a brand new meal plan especially for you!

Shopping List
Various shopping lists have been formulated in order to ensure that you experience grocery shopping bliss (and exit with healthy AND delicious goods!)

Our team of dieticians are always looking out for you – in more ways than one! So in this section you will find not only healthy, but also fun and delicious recipes for the whole family!

Munch ‘n Crunch
How much exercise do I need to do to burn that hamburger I ate last night? Good question! By clicking on the munch ‘n crunch button in “eating”, you’re able to select a food type and then click on it to get an idea of how much exercise you need to do to burn it off.

This section not only covers burgers and take-away food, but also those quick and easy snacks like chips, chocolate and soft drinks. So if these tips don’t convince you to locate your training gear, have another look at your meal plan, the recipes and the shopping lists for better, healthier options that you won’t need to work off as much!
