WHAT IS VIRGIN LIFE CARE’S LANGUAGE POLICY?


Virgin Life Care uses English for all its documentation. We do use other South African languages, wherever commercially and logistically feasible.

Our Customer Services department includes speakers from several of South Africa's national languages: if you would like help in your first language; we recommend that you check that we have someone who speaks it. If we do, then use it when emailing or faxing us. This will help us preparing the best response in your language!
