WHAT IS THE ACTIVE LIFE CANCELLATION POLICY?


Please note that the following will apply in regard to appointments with the Virgin Life Care Coach:

  1. If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, it must be cancelled 24 hours in advance and rescheduled.
  2. If you do not cancel and reschedule as above you will unfortunately lose the appointment and will only be able to resume with your Virgin Life Care Coach the following scheduled session.
  3. If we do not hear from you for more than 30 (thirty) days, we will assume that you no longer wish to continue with Active Life and your benefits will be cancelled. You will however not be entitled to a refund.
  4. If you are ill, injured or pregnant we will need a doctor's certificate in order to suspend your membership until you are medically able to continue. When you do resume it will be from the point in your programme where you left off. However you must resume the Active Life programme within 12 (twelve) months of stopping, otherwise your benefits will be cancelled and you will not be entitled to resume.
