Virgin Life Care services


How do I register to access Virgin Life Care services?

As a Virgin Active member, you get free access to Virgin Life Care services. To register, simply access a HealthZone in your Virgin Active Club or log into your online LifeZone on the Virgin Life Care website. You will be asked to agree to our Terms and Conditions. Once you’ve agreed to them, you will be given full access to Virgin Life Care’s services. For example, you can complete an Energy Quiz and you will be emailed a meal and an exercise plan.

After I’ve completed an Energy Quiz, how long will it take to receive my plans?

Your plans will be emailed to you within 4 days.

When will my Vitality points for using Virgin Life Care services be reflected on my Vitality Statement?

As a Vitality member, you must use the HealthZone 25 times a year to earn 2500 points: one use consists of body fat, blood pressure and weight measurement and is worth 100 points.
Once your 25th use occurs (and it’s the 15th or end of the month), Virgin Life Care informs Discovery Vitality. It can take up to eight weeks to process and show these points on your statement.
