LILLY WELLNESS PLUS HELPS YOU LIVE A HEALTHIER LIFE

The Lilly Wellness Plus programme is free to patients on schizophrenic and/or bipolar disorder medication, who have been referred by their psychiatrists.

To join the programme:

1. Ask your psychiatrist if you qualify for membership;
2. If you do, your doctor will discuss the taking of your measurements with you and fax us a request to enrol you in the programme;
3. One of our wellness coaches will call you within 24 hours, giving you all the information that you need to get started.
